Where Zuliano cooking comes from
Zulia is a state in western Venezuela with its own distinct food traditions — bold, comforting, and deeply satisfying. That's the culinary home of Zuarepa, and it's what sets our food apart from generic "Latin" menus.
The menu, from arepas to cachapas
Regulars come back for the Reina Pepiada, cachapa con queso de mano, empanadas, and the Zuarepa with skirt steak — fresh, generous, and the real thing.
Counter service, no fuss
Walk in, order at the counter, and eat in a clean, bright dining room — or take it to go. Zuarepa is fast-casual on purpose: great food shouldn't require a reservation.
